Licence Condition
The licensee must engage a suitably qualified and experienced person to design upgrades to the wharf water management system at the premises to reduce the frequency of overflows and improve the reliability of the system. The work may be conducted in accordance with the report titled "Carrington Wharf Overflow Water Management" prepared by the licensee, dated February 2016. A report detailing the design upgrades and whether they are viable must be provided to the EPA's Director - Hunter at PO Box 488G, Newcastle NSW 2300, or emailed to hunter.region@epa.nsw.gov.au. Date for completion: 30 December 2016.
